Chef Robert Irvine must tackle a restaurant that's filthy from the dining room, to the kitchen, to the young staff's attitudes in order to turn the Soup to Nuts Diner into a success.

Chef Robert quickly sees why the Caseyville Café in Caseyville, Ill., is failing: From the kitchen to the servers, the staff have completely overrun Diane and Robin's restaurant, costing this Mother-Daughter team tens of thousands of dollars — and their relationship.
