Wineman invites spectators to visit wineries and vineyards, thus having the opportunity to learn live all the secrets of the region, its people, production methods and why they have been chosen. They will also learn, from the vineyard to the glass, that the reasons for success in one region may be the reasons for failure in another. During the show, we meet many people, famous and anonymous. We will visit the largest vineyard in the World, La Mancha. For decades it has been know for the quantity but not for the quality. So much so that when prices were too low their wines were distilled, becoming a big pool of Brandy. It is true that things have changed dramatically, and we will meet the person who dared to focus into quality instead of quantity. He has inspired many others to produce outstanding wines and we will find in the vineyards the quality factors. His first wines were made with vines that he smuggled from Bordeaux, and he proved that dry hot areas in Spain are capable of producing wines of the highest quality standards.
