Airline is a fly on the wall television programme, produced in the United Kingdom that showcases the daily happenings of passengers, ground workers and on-board staff of Britannia and later EasyJet. The show was broadcast between 1998 and 2006 on ITV, is often repeated on ITV2 and shown on syndication on Pick TV. The programme's success sparked a US version of the series, following American low-cost airline Southwest Airlines.

Pilot Chris Pell takes five Belarussian orphans, who have never seen the sea, to watch dolphins in Inverness. Newcastle United fans see their heroes jet off to Malaga for a mid-season break, and a Polish passenger insists he is sober enough to fly, but supervisor Mary Hosier disagrees.

Passenger Gillian Waddell arrives at Luton Airport without her passport and is desperate to get to Edinburgh to pick up her children. Captain Chris Pell and wife Debbie greet youngsters from Belarus who have come to stay with them for a month, and at Bristol Airport, student Peter Loveday and his friends need to find a way of padding their bicycles for the flight to Inverness.

At Luton Airport, a woman planning to fly to Madrid to see her mother after an operation becomes irate after she is told check-in closed while she was queueing. Things then take a further turn for the worse when she discovers that the next flight leaves from Gatwick.
