Among the actors who embodied the roles of men and women who starred in the most important events during that time in Argentine history are Pablo Rago, Marcelo Savignone, Fabiana García Lago and Gustavo Garzón, among others.

The last episode of the first season starts in 1828 with the murder of Manuel Dorrego during the first coup d'etat in Argentina, at the hands of Juan Lavalle. It ends with the Battle of Caseros of 1852, in which Justo José de Urquiza defeats Juan Manuel de Rosas and takes over the mandate.
