This is a two part special. Part One was aired then SMAP went to Kohaku because Nakai was hosting and Part Two picks up after there musical performance while waiting for Nakai to return from hosting. Trivia: This train car still exists and you can visit it! Shingo went back and actually restored his artwork on it in 2018 on Ojamap. He even got to meet the same kids again all grown up.
