In the sixth season of 'Moordvrouw', the team members get together with Dries van Zijverden, the new team manager, who makes everyone a pleasant first impression. Except at Fenna. Evert continues his search for Rein Kulk, but does not seem to be himself. Bram and Liselotte also take risks to reveal corruption within the OVJ.

Evert and Bram have fallen in the hands of a psychopathic top criminal who plays life-threatening games with them. Van Zijverden continues its fight against corruption within the OM. Fenna and Liselotte, in the meanwhile, have come across a 16-year-old girl who, with her testimony, could prove this corruption. But is she willing to do that?
