In an effort to entice a more attractive clientele to the hotel, Oliver mistakenly hires The Party Nightmare, a demon half-horse clown, for a little in-lobby entertainment that unexpectedly turns the entire hotel into a nonstop rave from hell. Oliver must stop the Party Nightmare before everyone, including Oscar and himself, are shot and forced to dance themselves to death.

With Oscar away on Cosmic Council business for a week, Oliver reluctantly takes up the reigns of the hotel. But as he goes deeper into the fridge, he meets the Tribe of Lost and Forgotten Food Creatures, who turn out to be anything but accommodating to Oliver's request.
