MAN spots CHAK inside a property agency. CHAK is vexed with finding his studio a new home. He also tells her about the takeover, his being the half brother of TING and the story behind the building. Sensing his worries, MAN tries to seek the truth from NICK. NICK reasons with TING. TING in turn lashes at KAN for making an important decision behind his back. PUN resolves to pay LUNG the money he owes him, but the escalating interests are beyond him. KAN orders YAU to collect the debts even if he has to resort to some nasty means.
