Komekko discovers a furry four-legged dinner that Megumin ends up adopting, before the Red Prison conducts a questionable educational exercise.
An unproductive study session results in Megumin and Yunyun having nothing better to do than try and improve Bukkorori's love life.
As the day of both their graduation and the awakening of the Dark God seem to draw ever closer, Megumin gets the feeling Yunyun is keeping secrets from her.

Traveling by coach to Axel, Megumin and Yunyun's peaceful journey is interrupted by a string of suspicious monster attacks.
