This is the story of a vegetable garden, from the first seeds to the harvest. But this garden is different, because here the gardener has decided to banish pesticides and other chemicals, and to be helped only by discreet workers, the insects. As we dive into the heart of this plant kingdom, we discover thousands of tiny lives that organize themselves as in a micro-society: decomposing insects, recyclers, pollinators, the workers of the garden work to maintain a fragile balance within the vegetable garden. As the plants grow and begin to produce their first vegetables, the incredible interactions between insects and plants help protect the future harvest. But it is also their personal stories that punctuate the life of the garden. Between parades, mutual aid and attempted putsch, the story of the vegetable garden thus takes the form of a true nature tale.

The card will be headlined by a rematch between Yuki Egawa and Tatsuya Tsubakihara for the K-1 Featherweight title. The two previously fought at the K-1 World GP 2020 in Osaka, with Tsubakihara winning a majority decision. In the co-main event, the K-1 Super Lightweight champion Hideaki Yamazaki is scheduled to fight Fukashi Mizutani in a non-title bout. Former two-time Krush Welterweight title challenger Kaisei Kondo will face Maki Dwansonpong. K-1 and Krush Cruiserweight title challenger Hisaki Kato is scheduled to fight Mahmoud Sattari.

In the summer of 2021 GCN+ decided to find out by putting together seven strong local cyclists to train and race as a team under the leadership of EF Education-NIPPO sports director; Tom Southam. Can ‘Worldtour’ Tom whip these ‘Cat Four’ riders into a race-winning machine? And how well can they work together, knowing there’s a selection process for the final road race that will leave two riders left out of the team?
In part one, we meet our riders, and Tom puts them through their paces with a tough training ride that includes a sprints competition and a hill climb race. They then line up for an individual time trial to further prove their abilities – but what will our sports director make of his new charges?
