Lady Thunder (Pamela Sutch) and Lightning Girl (Tina Krause) return to battle the evil Dr. Sominus (G W Lawrence) and his partner in crime, The Black Ghost (Deana) who is once again teamed with Shadow Girl (Dawn Murphy).
