As Frank’s life becomes more embroiled with Cissie’s he goes on a mission to track down the guilty men.

A discovery in the Clyde forces Frank to think again about Cissie's plea.
Dorwood's protest continues, but the discovery of his hidden cash prompts a change of heart for Cissie and more heartache for homeless Frank. Meanwhile, the missing drugs hunt continues and Dave Cole makes a decision he is to regret.
